That's your problem.
Other people shouldn't have to suffer just because you can't walk at a reasonable speed. Get an electric scooter or an assistance animal.

The rest of the world shouldn't need to make up for your deficiencies. If I was suddenly wheelchair bound and couldn't get things done anymore, I would at least have the balls to roll myself in front of a speeding freight train (while giving the engineer both fingers) so as not to impose my personal problems on everybody around me.
I can't stand defective people who think they're entitled to something just because they're defective. No wonder our species is doomed.

There is no such thing, rule or law about it here in the UK about any of us cripple getting a ticket for crossing the street.
