England/UK would be your best bet. It has the most cultivated/flat lands. Don't go to Italy, everything there is rocky, and the roads are all torn up. Germany is great.

DON'T GO TO VENICE. IT IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

You can buy them right over the Internet--from less than 1000 for manual, hydraulic ones to several thousand for state-of-the-art electric ones.

Just google it--I'm not sure which kind you need.

What size of electric motor can carry someone?

Question by umadbro: What size of electric motor can carry someone?
Whats the smallest motor that can probably move someone, for instance 49cc gas motor can move the bike and a person on it.

Can 1hp or 3 hp electric engine have enough power to move someone? Not on a bike necessarily

Best answer:

Answer by Samuel
Your question is to vague. Even the smallest motor could move a person if geared correctly, although very slowly.
1hp = 735watts. So if you can pick an application that needs a 1hp gas engine then an electric motor that uses approximately 735watts will be roughly equivalent. Not counting friction and resistances of coarse.

Additional comment: Before all you politically correct, ultra sensitive and easily-offended trolls get on your high horses, I work in disability and have many friends who have severe disability and are wheelchair users. We had a good laugh over discussion like this.
There is a BIG difference between making fun of people with disability and having a laugh ABOUT disability.
jobees - fyi,
blind basketball actually exists! Amputees DO go in track events with atificial limbs, so the "hopping" is rather redundant.
Electric wheelchair "murder ball" does exist. My friends play in it. It is actually electric wheelchair rugby league. Full contact sport too! (want more info? - email me) But thanks for some ideas.

Would it be possible for someone in a wheelchair (electric scooter by Amigo) to travel to Orlando by plane?

Question by debeyhaber: Would it be possible for someone in a wheelchair (electric scooter by Amigo) to travel to Orlando by plane?
I want to take my family to Disney World. I use this electric wheelchair (scooter) and I wonder if I could take it with me. I think it would be hard for my wife to push me around the parks in a conventional wheelchair. Do the airlines take this kind of chairs? Are the buses that take you from the airport to Disney equiped to take wheelchairs?

Best answer:

Answer by webjnke1
Yes the buses at Disney are equipped for that. Disney in general is very well set up for wheelchairs. I wouldn't think the airlines would be much trouble either. Also if you stay at one of Disney hotels, a bus will take you from the hotel to the parks. We never used our car the whole 5 days we were there.

I am wondering if anyone has a simple remedy for leg and hand cramps?

Question by snowmom: I am wondering if anyone has a simple remedy for leg and hand cramps?
I am a diabetic and also suffer from Lymphodema in the worse way, mainly my right side is groteusquely huge with edema and it hangs down below my knees. So often cramps and pain just keep me up all night and then some. I have become so unable to move around that now I use an electric wheelchair, most of the time. I'm not sure but I wonder if the inactivity is making all this cramping and pains. I really have no faith in any doctors any more too many quacks, who helped me get where I am. Sorry I'm just alittle bitter at times, I'm 53 and feel and act older than my 87 year old mother.
Oh yes I should have mentioned the edema makes movement very hard my last weight was 429#, sickening isn't it? it isn't food its lower body water that can't be removed.

Best answer:

Answer by nanerdik
Eat a banana a day, the potassium should keep the cramps away.

Where to find machine guns in Dead Rising 2?

Question by Joey: Where to find machine guns in Dead Rising 2?
I want to build the Blitzkrieg (Machine guns + Wheelchair), but where do I find the machine gun? Where's it lying around?

Best answer:

Answer by Janaya
If you head to the Yucatan casino, in the middle of it there will be a big stand with gambling machines around it. If you jump up onto it and see a security guard with a shotgun then you know its the right stand. Jump your way up to the top and up there will be an LMG (Light Machine Gun) and a Zombrex. By the way the Blitzkrieg is (LMG/Merc Assault Rife + Electric Chair), the Electric Chair is (Wheelchair+Battery) You will find both of those in the music store in the Royal Flush Plaza.

How to sell medical equipment?

Question by Sandra: How to sell medical equipment?
I have some in home medical equipment that I need to get rid of. Mother-in-law passed away 2 months ago and the stuff is just sitting here and we were told there are places that will buy it. We have a bed(electric), wheelchair, walker, a lift, and a folding commode. The only things that have been used were the bed for about 3-4 weeks and the lift was used once. Everything else never got used. Anyone know where to sell it online aside from craigslist? Or in the Sacramento, Ca area? Thanks!
