My grandmother has parkinsons disease and needs someone to constantly be rocking her in rocking chair. Is the a device out that you can hook up to the chair and it will rock you by itself?

Can you not buy these types of chairs in mobility centres, the shops that sell electric wheelchairs and specialise in these types of things
