How old do you have to be to use an electric cart at the store?

Question by Alli: How old do you have to be to use an electric cart at the store?
I dislocated my knee and I'm in a brace and I'm not supposed to walk/stand on it for that long! I was wondering how old you have to be to use the electric wheelchair type things at the grocery store or at target! thanks

I don't think age matters, you just have to be disabled or extremely overweight haha.
