Design of an electric wheelchair using voice and IR control?

Question by nofear_992000: Design of an electric wheelchair using voice and IR control?
I am a student doing b.tech in electrical and electronics.I am planning to do a project on a wheelchair which can be controlled using a joy stick as well as voice for the disabled.If any one can help me with the design ideas and the IC's and programs it will be a great help for me.

    Contact GF Strong Rehabilitation Center in Vancouver BC. They've been working on asistance for the handicap for decades.
